Using this company for the 2nd time is definitely NOT up to par. The sales guy Zach - the owner's son - was pushy & didn't listen to what I wanted. I'm left with shutters that look nothing like the original ones. When I brought it to his attention, all he kept saying was "I know what you wanted, but this is what's on your contract." Hello,if anyone is in need of new coverings for their slider doors or windows, I highly recommend Window Decor on Jacaranda Blvd. next to 5th Third Bank. We just had Mike install our Privacy Sheer Smart Drapes this morning & they are georgeous!! They replaced my old plastic vertical blinds that clacked & banged in the breeze & were hard to clean. Very pleased with Michael I installing my shutters today He is very friendly and professional.
Just had vertical blinds for sliders installed as well as Venetian Blinds for all of our windows. The product was high quality and the service superb. We had an opportunity to work with Hannah and Katie on product. Alex did a great job installing and as friendly as he is professional.. Simply The Best
The place is a gimmick installed my product wrong did not return calls and charged way to high look somewhere else for a more conservative approach.
