They arrived on schedule and they did an awesome job. Pedro explained to me the different steps they were taking for the installation. He also started upstairs first so my daughter who works from home was not distracted and she could continue working in her bedroom office.
Had an awesome experience with the crew and owner. The crew was very professional and very skilled and very committed. It end up raining far more than expected, and they were dedicated to completing the project and completing it very well…exceptionally well.
I will place a follow up review after installation but I can’t express how awesome Daniel was in explaining what they offer and his compassion for any concerns I had. Great company with an awesome customer employee.
The install guys were courteous and did a fantastic job. All done in one day.
JPC crew was great. Professional, courteous and was able to answer my questions. Handled a tough install and cleaned up as if they were never here. Would use Window Comfort again.
