No show and NO call to reschedule appointment on October 24, 2024. When I called yesterday evening he stated “Mike”, they would be out first thing between 8-10 am. Called them at 11:25 am Oct 25, 2024, Mike admitted they messed up , so I told them to forget it.
First time using Window Cleaner Guy, extremely happy with their work! Even accommodated an earlier start time to fit our business schedule. You haven't seen clean windows until you have used Window Cleaner Guy! Pictures don't do justice but here are two to show quality of their work. First picture had calcium spots everywhere, second picture is interior glass. Both now shine amazing. Thanks again and we will see you in the fall!!
Our first time using a professional window cleaning service and we are in awe! Dave and Beth cleaned our windows almost a month ago, and through rain, wind (sand) and children's fingerprints, they still are sparkling clean. They were prompt, efficient, and as four of us were working and traversing through the house, they navigated throughout our home quietly and efficiently. We have used a number of window cleaner companies and they pale when compared to Dave and Beth’s service. I’ve never seen our windows shine so brightly!!
