I’ve been waiting for 75 days so far to get an estimate for few windows. Not responsive and sales person, Tod, stopped responding after 60 days. Not recommending them this company.
If you ever consider ordering a door with Window Classics, ask them first if the door will be manufactured by Marvin Coastline, if they tell you yes, think twice. As Window Classics has told me: 1-They have been working in liaison with Marvin Coastline for years. 2- Marvin Coastline manufactures a big volume of their products. 3- Marvin Coastline are the sole responsible party for the disaster occurring with my door.
