I usually do not give reviews however I felt I needed to regarding this company. The employees are exemplary and very, very knowledgeable. Bobby and Anthony were the installers of my windows and were meticulous both in the installation as well as cleanup of the area. Both gentlemen were again very knowledgeable on how they proceeded. We replace all of our 30 year old Plaistow NH homes windows (18) using the Window Authority in Londonderry NH. Their prices were quite reasonable compared to others. The wait was not very long (about 4 weeks). They worked fast and removed and installed all of the windows in a day. All of the caulking and trim work was completed on the second day. Unfortunately broke a window and these guys came and saved the day! Absolute 5 star service. Great prices great service great people I will always choose Window Authority for my window needs.
Tim is extremely knowledgeable and personable, which made working with him a breeze. He communicated everything clearly with us, gave us pros and cons for the windows we were looking at, and even gave us tips for fixing our sliding door to avoid having to replace it. Would highly recommend!
We could not be more satisfied with the entire process of replacing all our windows! Tim and his staff were so attentive and the lines of communication were always open! We look forward to working with window authority again in the future!
