Unreliable/unprofessional. We scheduled--with advance notice--to have Tab come out the day before we put our house on the market. At 11:00 a.m. the day he was scheduled to come by, Tab still hadn't arrived--no word from him. He just didn't show up. My husband called, and Tab told him he couldn't make it--something came up. My husband offered to pay him extra. But Tab refused to do anything to try to help us out.
