Nick did the initial quote-very informative with explaining the process, the product and time frame. He also did the install, which went smoothly. Very happy with the product as it is exactly as described on line and in person. Would highly recommend this product and this company-Nick was a very nice young man!
We had 2 covers custom made for us last week. At first I was hesitant on going with fiberglass, but it turns out to be fantastic! It still lets light through, but is not completely transparent. The real win for us was that they custom made it to fit our odd window so that there were no gaps for critters to get under there - super important to us! Also, I dealt with the estimator, secretary, and installer - all were well informed, kind, and helpful.
Debbie and the entire team at Windo-Well Cover Co. were AMAZING! We ordered the custom cover at a fraction of the cost of the competition and in the process of getting the cover made and installed got started on our basement getting finished so people were loading things in and out through the window well. If you are looking to support a local business that has great customer service and affordable American Made products, call Windo Well! Debbie is fantastic! Nick our installer was great. Called before arriving and text me when finished like I asked. They cleaned out all the cobwebs that had accumulated for year without me asking. It was I nice touch. I am beyond happy with the end product, price and my experience! Great people!
