Debbie and the entire team at Windo-Well Cover Co. were AMAZING! We ordered the custom cover at a fraction of the cost of the competition and in the process of getting the cover made and installed got started on our basement getting finished so people were loading things in and out through the window well. The team had our finished cover and was willing to hold it for 6 weeks while the basement got finished and installed after with no complaints or extra fees! Called before arriving and text me when finished like I asked. They cleaned out all the cobwebs that had accumulated for year without me asking. It was I nice touch. I am beyond happy with the end product, price and my experience! Great people!
