No stars. The techs and nurses are on their cellphones 24/ 7 there. They only people who work are those in the cafeteria. They don't care. They put a woman on namenda, an alzheimers medication on the street. They didnt call her family or her insurance company; but they billed her insurance company 1000 a day fir her to watch movies and smoke. Not remarkable people, not remarkable care. They don't care.

i go there most every time i need help and the staff are very nice and polite. On my last visit i was well taken care of, I have to say one of the techs especially her name is Aallyah. She brought clothes for donation and gave me and many others clothes to have. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well, they truly do care.

They don't care about anything but their cellphones. The nurses and techs are always on them, even while running a group. They put a woman on namenda on the street. They didn't call her family or insurance company. The have a doctor there who spent two minutes with me and misdiagnosed me. U checked myself in to another hospital and got care; ypu can't get it there.

They dont care. The nurses and techs spend all their time on their cellphones as dies the social worker. The doctor speaks to you for maybe two minutes. PEMS, is a few blocks away, there is a nurse there, Brian and a tech Sylvia, they do care. They don't care at Winmoor, not at all.

Would give it no stars if I could. They dobt care. Not the nurses, social workers ir dictors. Not everyone drinks or does drugs; some people are just really depressed and suffering from neurological illnesses, such as a tbi. But they dont care. Put me on namenda, which doesn't work because there is no plaque in my brain and then told me I was bi polar. Bad experience there. The techs and nurses are constantly on their cellphones. It is very difficult to get anyone to help you. Thec doctir spent maybe two minutes with me, tellling me I have highs, when I have had major depression and ptsd for decades. No highs. Really bad experience there. It was such a mistake to think that they would help me or care, because they didnt.

Bad care. The techs, nurses, and social workers spend more time on their cell phones than with patients. The TV is not a babysitter. I was in a group and the tech had her phone in one hand, texting, while trying to run the group. You don't matter there.
