I also had a terrible experience at Windmoor. I felt that the staff was inhumane and the Doctor that was assigned to me was verbally abusive. This place should be shut down. Many years have gone by and I have not done anything about it and I am mad at myself. I would have sued this facility and wish I have.

First, I will add, that if you have a mental health emergency, or a member of your family has a mental health emergency, then please seek help from a health care professional, at a psychiatric facility, not necessarily Windmoor, or call 911 immediately. Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little
