This is truly a world class team of good people that do want the best for you. If I could go back and do it differently I would take it more seriously and embrace it with the mindset that are in it for the right reasons and to have a positive outlook. In my experience looking in the mirror was the hardest part but they pretty much will dial it in and can read it easily so if you can remain coachable there is a lot of hope.
