The team at Windmill was so kind and respectful during the passing of our sweet Knox. Even sent a kind card to the house with all their signatures. I really appreciate the personal touch and outreach. 10/10 recommend 💙
Overall my vet experience for the past several years here has been good. The veterinarians do offer multiple options and I feel like I am in control and a big part of my pup's treatment plan. The vet techs that take you back into the rooms to me could be more warm and friendly. They are young I get it but smile have conversation not just what's wrong with your pet attitude. These people charge out the wahoo. I will not be back. Their estimate to spay my 6 month old kitten was $640.74-$776.61. I cancelled the appt and took her to companion animal hospital in Plano, who charged $285. If you like throwing money out the window, please bring your pets to windmill!!
Recently moved to the area and decided to use this veterinary based on the reviews. First visit was excellent. Had to go in a second Tina and the review is based on this experience. The doctor that saw my dog - not the same as the previous one focused on labeling me as a bad owner borderline being an abusive one. My dog is the most well cared tend for animal in the world. New to the area and needed a new veterinarian. I booked this center through the Yourgi app (so easy and I earn rewards!) For Saturday 12/06/25. In under 24 hours I got a confirmation call from the CSR and verified details. Unfortunately I am horrible with names, but she was great!
