Nice Place with No Pool :( Windmill Townhomes has numerous floorplans, so there is something to make everyone happy. Dogs are not allowed but cats are welcome with a deposit. There is no longer a pool on the grounds. The townhomes are 2 stories with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. There is, however, a half bath downstairs. Internet and cable are paid for in the rent. Occupants must pay their own electricty and water bills.
