Family friendly, community orientated, nice pool and play area for the kids! Lovely place with great people! Management is always on top of our needs - great job!
I love living here
Windmill Terrace Apartments used to be a friendly wonderful place to live, everyone got along. There would be a community BBQ every once in a while the managers got things fixed. Now the new manager has ruined this place to the grounds. It's no longer family friendly, unless you enjoy drinking and smoking with your apartment manager everynight at the garage, witch by the way is located on the way out so it's not hard to miss the party everynight why pulling out of the parking lot. Bad managers! The main Manager Roy and his assistant Chris are certified alcoholics i would say. All they do is drink and smoke pot outside the garage located on the way out exit. Tired of pulling out and seeing the manager Roy with his blood shot eyes a beer in his hand looking stoned like a 18 year old kid. My 9 year old child should not have to see the apartment managers drinking on the property on a daily basis.
