I'm speaking as a Senior. An active one. This place is beautiful and includes many amenities. But, your rent is based on your income not your AGE. Between my husband and myself we are 120 years young. And we still need money too live. I thought we would be approved, and we were. But at those prices we're forced to remain homeowners. So plan on paying 1,100 + for a one bed room if not more. And possibly without a full 2nd bath. No covered parking, and the tenant pays some of their own utilities.
