I lived here for a year, life happened, and a year and a half later I'm back. Staff is friendly and helpful. The buildings and parking lots are spaced nicely amongst the landscaping, trees, and ponds so you don't feel claustrophobic living here. Communication is top notch. I also spent a couple years at another Edward Rose property in Kentwood during the years when rent prices were really going crazy and they never jacked rent on me anything crazy. Edit: My one complaint is the internet has always been hit and miss at best.
