Our go to place for all things garden and landscape. Great selection of veggies, annuals, perennials and even trees and shrubs. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who offer sound advice.

Wonderful selection of beautiful plants at excellent prices, friendly and helpful staff including two friendly greeter cats. This is a family run local business and is my first choice when shopping for the garden.
Just went for the first time and it was a lovely experience! The variety of plants and succulents is impressive, and the prices are unbeatable. Kim helped me and was super nice; she offered to pot my snake plant for me - absolutely love it! We will be back 😊

Ms. Kim was patient and knowledgeable with my son and nephew while they gathered and learned about succulents yesterday.. I was very impressed!!! Such an inviting, friendly staff- I had no idea Windmill Heights has been around for so long. The facility is beautiful- sprawling with seasonal goodies..I can’t get over how pretty the place is..the love sign is awesome! What a delightful hidden gem of Culpeper, I can’t wait to go back! The Succulent Worshops are genius!
Absolutely beautiful, well-stocked nursery right in the heart of town. We took a class, creating a succulent garden in a pumpkin, and the cost was extremely reasonable. The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. This is Culpeper's hidden gem.
