We just left windmill Garden Nursery it's beautiful. We recently moved from Michigan a completely different climate. Tammy has a wonderful education and is thoroughly informed about what to plant in this area. we received excellent personal service. we will be back!!! thank you so much.😀
I decided I wanted grape and berry bushes when I moved here two years ago from Tonopah AZ. At another well advertised nursery in Cottonwood, I purchased 4 grapes, 4 mixed berry bushes and one fruit tree. NONE survived! I discovered Windmill Gardens Nursery one day when driving from Rimrock to Cottonwood. I told them of my experience.They took the time to show me the best variety for my area, how to plant them, how to care for them and how to test my soil. This seemingly small nursery is packed with trees, plants, specialized fertilizers, and great local growing advice. Very glad to have discovered it.

Stopped for the first time at Windmill Gardens. I bought some plants for a friend's water pond. turned out that the pond had no shade which one of the plants needed. We took it baack and they exchanged it for her with friendly, happy interaction between us all, even though it was close to closing time. Love these people and place!!!
