overpriced, the landlord will NOT fix any of your broken appliances, or repair/replace damages on the unit. he even had the exterminator stop coming to spray. additionally, he seems to be closing on bankruptcy and is charging outrageous fees. there are multiple other rental properties in the area, I encourage you to find one that is in better condition, and cheaper in rent. for the sake of your wallet, avoid this place!
