I really like living at Windmill Cove! The renovated units look great, the grounds are always clean, and the management is super responsive whenever anything comes up. Definitely a nice place to call home!
I have lived here for 5 years. I love it! Any and all maintenance is taken care of quickly. The office management and maintenance crew are great! They are easy to talk to and seem to genuinely care about the residents. All the amenities are well taken care of and the grounds well kept year round. I enjoy how pet friendly this complex is. Love this place! The apartments are updated and the grounds are beautifully kept. 10/10 recommend!!
We lived at Windmill Cove from 2017-2018, it was one of our favorite places to live. All the staff was very friendly and always addressed concerns promptly. No issues with being charged anything after move out (we transferred to a sister property). Maintenance was on top of everything. We loved the amenities, especially the pool. Not sure if April is still there, but she was super sweet and great to deal with. When people are looking for a place to rent I still tell them to check this place out.
