I moved into this apartment a few months ago blind after a cross country move. I did a ton of research before settling on this one. It has its imperfections like any place, but I am so glad I picked this place. I love the location and hope to stay here for a while.
Apartment is not section 8 friendly, they will add random extra charges to your rent instead of just making it a single base rent charge which will mess up any section 8 help. If ur on section 8 youre better off elsewhere
Muy molesto con estos apartamentos, no te regresan tu depósito o te regresan el 50% o menos. Muy sinvergüenzas y muy prepotentes en su actitud hacia Los residentes, no te escuchan, solamente les interesa el dinero, cobrar y cobrar y cobrar y más cobrar.
