Management is super responsive and genuinely cares about you. The remodels are beautiful and very well kept. Would definitely recommend living here!
I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is very pet friendly, which was a huge plus for me, and it’s been a wonderful place for both me and my pet. One thing I really appreciate is that parking has never been an issue. There’s always been plenty of space, which makes coming home so much less stressful. I also love the renovated apartment. Cierra and Maddi are amazing. They are so helpful and care so much about the residents. They entire team at windmill keep the property looking and feeling great.
I'm going through a little bit of my investigation of this place, I've lived here for almost 3 years and I fulfill the payments eaten nowadays, more than a month we're trying to switch from apartment to a renovated one and for the amount we also pay very high, apartment leaves to be desired, apartment has already passed the time of a renovation his carpet we wash every 2 months even so it stinks, when we change it was applied a painting making everything but soon it's peeling the toilet is deep. Rent anywhere but here. The management is horrible. They're rude and will not fix your problem. I dealt with other tenants smoking in the apartment next to me and had smoke filled bedrooms. The pool is dirty and hot tub filled with algae. My kids got hurt from tripping on the uneven walk ways and I got stung by 3 wasps while moving out because they have a massive wasp problem thats all over the complex and playground.
