Hello, I'd like to share my experience with these apartments. I started looking for rental options on February 14, 2026. I applied to other options, but due to space and time constraints, this apartment was the best fit for my partner and me. We started with the online application, were approved, and the apartment we liked was on the 17th floor. Honestly no complaints about the supper here Joe is the best but they refuse to come in and do repairs for people who where here before they bought it bugs r a all time high and ur kids will have no freedom also letting people scared of pets into a PET FREINDLY apartment These are the worst places to live only worth half what they charge at most
Terrible offices service, I called multiple times just to get an underground parking access card, and even when I finally got it it wasn't working. I have to wait every day for someone to open the garage or park outside. The office is careless and unresponsive and I've seen other tenants dealing with same issue. Very disappointing and frustrating experience to get a plastic cart activated.the service is unacceptable.
Do yourself a favour and run away from this building as fast as you can. Since living in a building purchased by Homestead in the spring of 2018, it’s been one problem after another. Former tenants are treated like second class citizens. Complaints are completely dismissed, unit repairs are non existent, building services such as elevators, water and laundry are CONSTANTLY disrupted, the list never ends! Add to the list that they are making every attempt to bring the below market rents up as quickly as possible through above... read more
