I don't have enough good things to say about the Windjammer! They are always kind and funny! The events are great! and I LOVE being able to use their very well kept Volleyball court!
My family vacationed at IOP every year during august thru the 60's and early 70's. I wanted to go in the Windjammer but was too young then. I get down that way occasionally now and love the old beach bar atmosphere. But now I'm too damn old!! Lol
5 out of 5 all day long! This place is an local icon! THE PLACE FOR MUSIC since I can remember. In the 90's, it was the Music Farm or the Windjammer. That was it. The place is an institution!
Last Saturday night, my hubby and lots of friends went to the Sister Hazel show for my bday night out. It was miserably HOT inside.. over crowded as hell! We ended up hanging out the whole time on the balcony.. Couldn't even listen to the music.. Waste of money, very disappointed!! The only plus was I got to take a picture with Darius Rucker
