Kurt came to inspect our soon to be home and he was professional, informative, and thorough. Kurt took the time to talk to us about everything and was very personable. Kurt went over everything he did and further told us what we could do to help us maintain. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs an inspection.
Winding River was very accommodating about the appointment and knowledgeable. The report left unsaid a few things about deteriorated quality of finishes, and water damages were not super clearly determined on paper to be old and fixed or current and needing repair. In general we had good service from a knowledgable professional.
Wouldn’t use any other inspector. Very thorough and personable. Third home inspection Kurt has done for us. Defines professional.
