I have brought my 2 dogs for grooming and boarding for years. This past week-- a different groomer. My senior dog could barely walk when I got her home! Her "cut" was a mess--brought her back the next day -- she cowered when she saw the groomer. It was still not good. They had records... They were sold a few years back-- it has not been the same yet. As of today I am looking for a new kennel/ daycare and groomer. Oh-- had to get pain meds for my older dog who was hurt during the grooming.
I absolutely love this place. I adore Heather, Jay, and I want to say the groomers name is "Pam?". Regardless, they are so amazing; they genuinely love animals, they make your animals feel like they are apart of their family. When my dog Bailey got sick, they genuinely cared, they would let her hangout with them and treated her with such kindness and love. I have been going there since 2001. They took great care of my Furbaby, Nala. It was my first time leaving her with someone other than family and they made me feel so comfortable. They put up with my daily check-ins and were absolutely great. I wouldn't take Nala anywhere else.
AVOID this place if boarding pets. We boarded our two cats here for four days and had them returned to us not only frazzled and soaked (it was 10 degrees outside!), but seemingly starving. When we arrived home, we found out why. We were sent home with a full day's worth of food, meaning the cats weren't fed at least twice while there! To make matters worse, our one cat was clearly not given his blood pressure medication, as this was all returned to us as well. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.
I have been taking my puppy there for a few weeks and he loves it, we love it. Sleepy and tired puppies are good puppies!! Everyone is nice and friendly not to mention affordable.
