Unprofessional, Seems to just want to make money off you. Tim is terrible. No real help, he rather take the easy way than actually putting in the time and effort to get to the root of things. Tim was seeing us for couples counseling and also was having individual sessions with her but wouldn't do the same for me. Seemed unfair and a conflict of interest. He would just sit there and repeat "there needs to be accountability" but be very vague about who or what he was talking about.
I must update this review. Difficult apps for services. Providers stopped showing up to sessions without notice.
Impossible to get scheduled, and then when you are scheduled, the practitioners consistently cancel their appointments. My son has had more cancellations from them, than times he was actually seen, by a wide margin. When they try to reschedule you after they cancel on you, they act like the you are the one inconveniencing them with sighs and groans. How any place operates like this is beyond me.
