We saw Rene Naegle. This was not a great place for a family counseling which is what we booked. Our counselor talked about herself for a good portion of our session.
I simply haven't had any of the bad experiences others are talking about. My therapists were always very respectful, and were even happy to transfer me to others when I requested.
We saw Rene Naegle. Probably one of the worst therapy sessions I’ve ever experienced. First off, she was 25 min late to get us out of the lobby. Then she acted annoyed with my son in the lobby (who the therapy was aimed at.) She told us she needed time for our entire family to go into her office which would have taken even more time….. I found their services to be very helpful. I saw Anne who really helped me and now I go back for quick tune ups when needed. They have hours 8-8pm and I've never seen that before at a counseling place. Usually you're trying to get an appt and work at the same time. Everyone I have referred has started receiving services.
