I took my daughter for play therapy and they cancelled appointments twice. While I do understand things happen- communication was very poor. I called over 8 times- left multiple messages with no return call. I even tried different times of the day- all within “business hours” and finally spoke to someone- however they are booked we were unable to schedule.
I know way more about Melissa’s life than I should. And when I stopped attending she never reached out. I felt like her therapist!
We saw Rene Naegle. This was not a great place for a family counseling which is what we booked. Our counselor talked about herself for a good portion of our session.
