Do not, I repeat, DO NOT live here if you can help it. There are soooo many cheaper and better places in town that are run by much better people! The property manager here has NO clue what she’s doing and will lie to you left and right every chance she gets. The company doesn’t care about you because the property is owned by a big company out of state with hundreds of other properties. As a former resident, please spend more time looking into cheaper apartments, a one bedroom here should not be $700 considering all the repairs I had to have let alone upstairs neighbors arguing and yelling. Oh did I mention it was a one bed for $700? Also considering how they could never keep a maintenance person for a week.
