I've lived here for 22 years and never had so many issues as I have since management has changed. Brandi is a joke of a property manager.
Management lies to & rips off tenants. Whatever agreements you sign with them MAKE COPIES! Because they will try to scam you into giving them more money before you leave! Do NOT trust management here!!! If you do you will regret it!

Winding Brook Apts I lived in Winding Brook Apts for 6 years i loved living there. Very quiet and the manager Cathy is a great lady very understaning im thinking about moving back there soon.
Clean and close to 295 I’ve been living here over 6 years they have the best prices and the best location service is definitely improving. Thank you
Affordable rent for a decent apartment!! I have lived in Winding Brook for a little over 8 years now and I wouldn't live anywhere else. I work in the city and the convenience of the highway right outside the complex is great! There are a bunch of other complexes in the area but for what I have seen in Hamilton Winding Brook is the cheapest and you'll get the most for your money.
