We moved here thinking this would be a great neighborhood for our special needs children. It was a huge mistake. The HOA continues to harass me and I’m trying to care for my children. We got a letter of necessity from St. Louis Children’s hospital and the harassment continues. Horrible! Don't go here, the old hag(she didn't bother to tell us her name)that worked the front desk was rude and useless! She stalked my family throughout the whole house(mind you other people were on their own looking at other displays) even though we only came there to get the pricing sheets for the neighborhood. She told us the neighborhood was all already sold but later after we tell her we've already been working with an agent from McBride she tells us there is still a few lots and could now get us our pricing sheet. ... read more

My experience so far with McBride Homes has been excellent. Winding Bluffs is exactly the kind of neighborhood I was hoping to find. My sales consultant, Talena Floyd, was very professional and knowledgeable and a genuine pleasure to work with. I am excited about my purchase and can't wait to move in once my home has been completed. My experience at the design studio was also excellent.
