I had a really disappointing experience here today. I’ve been in before and had a great service from a male technician, so I specifically called ahead to book with him. The person on the phone seemed to understand and confirmed the appointment. When I arrived, he wasn’t there and I was placed with a different technician without any explanation. My experience was wonderful Lily did a wonderful job and I will be back. Liam was adorable and well mannered. What a joy.
Loved the employees and other clients,hopefully I can try a pedicure next time. I got my nails done though, and they're absolutely perfect.
