Temu hoa I bought a couple months ago And I remember the words of a neighbor from here !!! She tell me how bad it is , by the way she suicide a couple days later , she was not happy living here 😵💫😔

I have lived here over 7 years. Now the hoa went up to over $500 and they won’t let you have any personal belongings in public view. Definitely not a family friendly community and absolutely would not recommend to anyone. During Ian the entire community flooded but the hoa didn’t have insurance so the repairs came out of the homeowners pockets because the community is run by irresponsible insensitive people. Truly a terrible to settle down.
You can hear through the walls very easily. There home owners association fee is almost $400. You get very little to be charged so much. The staff are crooks. The management staff embezzled a lot of money. Overall this community is awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a horrible living experience.
