Mary Ann was extremely helpful in finding our home, as well as our lender. She was always available for us and stayed on top of the enormous list of tasks. She even located some permits and facilitated their closing, which should have been handled by the seller's agent. She has become a family friend. Very highly recommended!
We had yet another great experience with Kathy Brown, selling the second condo to a wonder young couple over the asking price, just like she did a few years earlier with the first unit. She also helped us find our new home, which we love. She's the best!
