I gave all stars because back when i inquired about apartments everything went smoothly with management and paperwork. Fast forward they never reached back out to me about apartment availability and when i reached out to them they said they didn't even know who i was and didn't have an application on file for me.
After a 2 year wait, I finally got a call! I had to update my application & repay the fee! After multiple commutes, doing everything that I needed & seeing the apartment, I was rejected for not having a higher income! I was disappointed because they knew the financial situation from the start!! A deep disappointment & a total waste of time and money!!!
My mom has been a tenant since 2019. She is now disabled due to a stroke. & requires my assistance with her financial and business matters. The property management has a notarized note in her file stating that in to care for all her needs, but the new staff refuses to abide by that. They sent her notices without telling me ahi h is pointless and recently they decided to give her a termination of lease notice due go the fact she didn't turn in a non smoking addendum form.
