Polite, friendly, professional, and didnt push us into buying at all. Original salesman was Jimmy who was awesome let me take my time looking around. Today(2/12/20) i completed my purchase with a gentleman named Steve Isabelle. Steve was awesome! Steve was even joking around with my son who is 4 while we did the paperwork! Definitely would do business with Steve and Windham Auto again. I bought a 2008 GMC Sierra, about a week after the purchase the altenator failed. I spoke with Steve and told him I understood the terms of their warranty only extended to issues that would prevent the vehicle from being safe or inspected but, as I only had the vehicle for a very short time would they consider reimbursing 1/2 the cost of the part.
