Staff are great and Twinkles (knows her foot steps outside the examine room than comes here voice but when she shows Twinkles clams up, lol) loves Dr.Sullivan and as well as staff
Doctors are unknowledgeable. Miss diagnosed my dogs multiple times and are always trying to get you to pay more money. Doesn’t help that they are always not on time with appointments. Always there forever. Horrible place to bring your animals.
Bad experience ongoing for months . Still asking for what I have paid for which was not cheap. Second opinion looks much better for my dog who has been suffering since May . 1,000 or more later I'm still looking for a email to be sent to another clinic sad . Will not be back
Wonderful staff and doctors esp Dr Sullivan. My Bema always loved her and just recently we had to make decision to put him at rest at 13 1/2 yo. Her and one of the staff (sorry I forget her name, was too upset) came to our home to do it. Their compassion and understanding of the pain was phenomenal. All the staff I spoke to had such empathy and heartfelt compassion.
Love Krystal in grooming! Our dog gets so excited when we say we are going to see her. She does a great job and does exactly what we want everytime!
Over the past ten years I have brought in my cats and seen every Veterinarian for a variety of reasons. Every one of them has been extremely patient, empathetic and willing to take extra time in explaining procedures and exams. The front desk staff is equally friendly and the lobby is immaculate. I recommend them to all of my friends in Derry!
