Only giving two stars because it’s a decently nice apartment and in a nice location and the maintenance people were fine. Other than that, terrible experiences with communication, management, etc. I could write a lot about our experience but the one thing I want everyone to know is this: after you move out, you are responsible for rent for the nine days after you move out. The WORST apartments out there. Terrible management company. The apartments look really nice, but everything in them is dirt cheap and brakes. I had an ant issue in my apartment and they never helped me. I spent $100's of dollars on solutions to get rid of these ants in my KITCHEN! My garage door broke at least 4 times, I only lived there for a year, and every time I asked for someone to come and fix it, it would take 2 weeks.
