I lived here for a year and that's all it took to want to run not walk away. Homestead does not follow any policies on rent and the apt are VERY overpriced. Please save yourself the trouble and rent ANYWHERE ELSE. Once you sign your lease they will try and get every penny out of you - parking, increasing your monthly rent without following guidelines, portable AC unit etc. a lot of junkies live in the building, lots of crime in the building, building is full of chemicals and not sanitary, your packages AND laundry will get s... read more

Someone took my package on February 13 between 1pm and 7pm
Absolutely horrible horrible living conditions, office does not handle anything. Noise, screaming, unregistered untrained dogs barking ALL day, cockroaches when we literally got our keys horrible horrendous living conditions
