The building is doing their best to erradicate any issues with bugs of any kind. The city is infested all over, and that is a fact. What I can tell you is that, unlike other companies, when you inform the office in a timely manner, they act IMMEDIATELY, and continue to act until the issue is resolved. Never have I ever had to ask twice for interventions and treatment , they come on the day as promised, follow up, and will keep coming until the tenant is satisfied and there are no further issues. I lived in this building for 3 years. The building is infested with cockroaches—no matter what you do, they always come back. Other than that, everything was okay. Management will try to take money from you when you move out. When you are leaving, they will do their best to find deficiencies in order to charge you. They will not inform you at the time so that you don’t get a chance to clean or fix anything. Instead, they send a notice later, after you have already left. Thief Alert On November 8, I was visiting my cousin who lives in the building building, and we parked our car in the visitor parking area. This man robbed everything that was inside our car — please take a good look at his face. He has also been stealing packages from both buildings. We had a pair of AirPods in one of the bags, and when we tracked their location the next day, we discovered that he lives in the Windfields-3 building.
