Current office is good at her job and understanding been living here for 6 years and nothing bad ever happened.
I lived here from 2021-2025 and out of all the apartments I've lived, Windfield West has the best Landlord and maintenance. If you move here and you take care of the apartment, you will be taken care of. If you're a poor tenant, then you will be taken care of as well, just in a different way. I had to move out because I got married and we didn't meet the income restrictions. Smoking is allowed here so if the smell of smoke bothers you, look elsewhere. Unfortunately some tenants aren’t thoughtful of others. There’s a problem with packages going missing, so use Amazon lockers or find a friend you can trust to have packages delivered to. What’s great about living in these apartments, is the maintenance is quick, and does a good job from my experience. Dee is such a nice person and great to work with.
