Smoking is allowed here so if the smell of smoke bothers you, look elsewhere. Unfortunately some tenants aren’t thoughtful of others. There’s a problem with packages going missing, so use Amazon lockers or find a friend you can trust to have packages delivered to. What’s great about living in these apartments, is the maintenance is quick, and does a good job from my experience. Dee is such a nice person and great to work with. Amazing manager
We have lived here for almost 2 years and it is super family friendly. The landlord helps you out as much and she can. The apartments are fantastic, another plus is it is so close to everything in Waukee. We have a park outside for all the kids to play at. During spring and summer break they do activities for the kids. All in all it is a great apartment building and they are very fixable with everybody !
