It's rare to find a store that gives you personal service these days, but I'm happy to say that Windfall Gallery does. And they do it well! I was looking for jewelry to go with a dress that I had to wear to a formal function and the ladies at Windfall Gallery took such good care of me. Yes, gifts are unique here, but do not depend on the owner or designer to back up their product if you have a problem. I attempted to return a necklace that I felt was not properly made and easily fell apart and was told "It didn't leave the store that way". The owner was rude and condescending with me, and when I spoke with her on the phone she hung up on me. She was simply done with our conversation. This little shop in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia is the best place to find a gift for just about any occasion. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They do a beautiful job with complimentary gift wrap, and my overall shopping experience was just wonderful. I'll definately be back!
