I had a great experience working with Wendy Weilbacher last year. I was looking for an investment property in the puget sound area, but unsure exactly what I was looking for. Wendy Weilbacher helped me narrow down the leads to find exactly what I need. She spent multiple days carpooling with me to look through properties all over the sound, and once we locked in our targets she went to work! She was on top of things all the way through and provided regular updates on offers until closing.

Wendy Weilbacher great agent. She delivered, responded quickly, went to law school so she is fierce when need be, felt our interest were her priority and not her own. We did a home inspection on a house and issues came up, she advised us to walk away and made sure to get our earnest money back. I like that she was not out for a pay check and instead wanted us to be protected. Once moved in her service continued.
