Very helpful...until she wasn't. I won't state names here. She was very helpful and engaging until we told her that her suggested listing price was too low for us. (3 other agents suggested a higher #) and..it was so close to our original purchase price we would loose money at her number... She may well be right but..never heard from her again. Disappointing.
