We rented the property thru Michael 6 months back with a 1 yr Lease. Not going too much into details we spent out of our POCKET over $5000 in home improvement (receipts available to anyone interested) as we wanted to stay there long time. My family member was hurt just walking up the steep driveway. It was very UNSAFE. My car slid as the driveway and almost went into the neighbors home.
