I would never recommend this company to manage your property. They do not make sure the tenants are properly maintaining your house. My property manager told me the tenant lived “hard” in my house after his final walk through. The fence had fallen over, there was major water damage in the master bathroom, counter tiles were cracked and blinds were broken.
