reached out to Pamela Novell to view a house she listed. I couldn't even get an appointment scheduled with her. I gave her my available days and times, and she did not reply. Later on, she messaged me out of nowhere, asking if I was on my way. I replied saying that she did not set a day and time for the viewing. She replied saying that she's at the house. This is bewildering. I can only guess that this is just her very round-around way of driving away potential buyers.
The most recent reviews here are very assuring because my experience was awful with Tony Vaughn. He made it clear this listing wasn't a priority like his million dollar homes I see on the website - EVERY CLIENT MATTERS! Unprofessional as ever. Seller left piles of junk at the house I bought after agreeing it would be cleared out. Didn't even mow the 1 foot tall grass in the lawn nor did he check to see if the house he's selling was ready to be occupied. "Didn't have time" It's your job.
Matt Rogers is a wonderful realtor who has his client’s best interest in mind at all times. I have seen him interact with clients and other agents, and he is always professional. He truly cares about helping people & I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the Spokane area.
