Realtor (Shawnee Cooper), at this branch, listed a 3brm (w/1 small office room), 1550sf run-down home (former rental w/deteriorated patched roof, etc., with which I am familiar) in Springville, as a 6brm, 2020sf home, for 500K (while another home just like it.. same build, same year, same sf, in much better condition - new roof - is listed at 479K). It's annoying when realtors artifically inflate home prices with misinformation, while hard-working families, of lower income, can't even afford this "bottom of the barrel" home.
