Currently renting a house for sale by this company. We explained to the realtor since we have 2 dogs, one of which a Rottweiler, we need to know in advance when our house is being showed so we can get them out of the house. This included taking pictures of the house. We tried to work out a time for the photographer to take photos of the house while we were there for this reason.
