Windermere Realistate Co. are the worst slum lords my family and I have ever encountered. Lived at 1807 62nd Court Southeast Auburn 98092. for 7 years. I was diagnosed with cancer in 22. The house was consumed in MOLD this year and they wanted us to still stay there and pay rent WITHOUT trying to help us move, nor transfer our deposit. My family has been sick with severe allergies. They have no regards for anyone's life. Do not rent or buy from this company.
Other agents at this location may be great. I can only speak for Arron Nowak who appears to be an expert/kind at first. However, when he realizes that he made a huge mistake by providing a number of misinformation that costs the buyer a lot of money/pain, he will run away/stop answering your calls. He then insults you by offering to sell your house at a discounted rate - 2.5% fee as a listing agent if you don't want to deal with the problems.
Robbin Ott is amazing! She helped us through every step of the buying and selling process. Honestly counting my lucky stars that we found her!
My wife and I can not say how grateful we are to have had Dan French as our agent! He went way out of his job description helping us sell our home and I know it would not have happened without him. Two things we wish, that there were 10 stars to give and we could use him in Tennessee. Thank you.
