Gina Davis and Kimarie Henning were a delight to work with from start to finish. My home closed in record time with ease. They did a great job of marketing, staging and managing all of the details. (I was out of state during part of the sale.) Thank you Gina and Kimarie. One does not think of selling and moving as relaxing, but the selling part could not have been easier.
Consider this a warning: if you expect accountability, respect, or even basic follow-through you won’t find it here. This entire operation, in my experience, takes the simple and makes it exhausting, leaving tenants stressed, intimidated, and unsupported. There are far better options elsewhere—do yourself a favor and look for them. If negative ratings were possible, this would be minus ten.
