They asked for $1400 deposit and when I moved out, the apartment was clean and they took $800 for no reason. I don't suggest anyone to sign a lease with them!
Crystal is amazing! She is extremely response, had several places to show me, knowledgeable about the area, really listened to what we are looking for, and just genuinely nice! Strongly recommend working with her!
When trying to fix anything, our schedule was never considered. Either someone had to be there with very short notice (already on their way/15 minutes out) or they would give the company a key absolutely disregarding our known animals inside the home. Often resulted in dropping whatever we were doing to rush home and secure our animals.
