BEWARE! We sold our home and unfortunately for us, Kyle Craft of Windermere Real Estate was the buyer's agent. The way Kyle talked to us (the sellers) and our realtor after going under contract was nothing short of harassment. We almost had to back out of the contract with the buyer, because of Kyle's negligence, lack of communication and unprofessionalism. If anything doesn't go his way, he will threaten legal action.
