Zero trouble over the 5 years as a tenant in a condo managed by Windermere. Maintenance requests were always taken care of within 1 business day, never had trouble with communicating with the property management team, overall a very clean and efficient 5 year rental for us as tenants.

Terrible. Refuse to communicate, return calls and/or answer the phone. If you can get the gal to answer the phone she is extremely rude, refuses to help you and give you information you request and screens calls. She is very sarcastic and will not connect you with the person you request to talk to until you give her the information of what you want to talk about with the person you called for. She then lies about their whereabouts, refuses to allow you to talk to them which is really none of her business to begin with, and y... read more
