****EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE The owner is trying to claim this review is not in relation to their company. I find that hard to believe as everything in my statements points back to their company. I've included a screenshot of one of my pay statements that was sent from them while they were managing my home. Worst company to rent through in Spokane hands down ...they will rent you a moldy,cockroach infested unit happily and when asked to do anything about it they turn on you like you are the problem.. they asked to me to sign a release paper so I would be off the lease and get my damage deposit back as a bribe and then proceed to still charge me rent after the lease has already been done and over with and the keys have been turned in...this company is a scam...beware
Wow! There can not be enough said about the great people who work for the Windermere Property Management office on Monroe Street in Spokane, Wa. They always come through with a smile on their face. Thank you again, Barb, for taking the time to help me and my daughter during a very difficult situation. I appreciate you all so much! 5 stars just doesn't seem enough!
Barb has gone above and beyond for us our son is over there and we are in Montana and she has helped us out immensely
