Stayed in touch with me from the beginning and got me moved in within the month. And I definitely appreciated the quick communication.
We worked with Shiann and Kandie to get set up with a home rental. Communication was easy, clear and fast. All of our questions were treated with kindness and responded to promptly. We appreciated the level of professionalism from Windemere and support from the team as we navigated the application process through move in day. On move in day, there was a sweet welcome bag with all the needed essentials- that small touch meant so much and we feel cared for as tenants in this home transition!
I lived in my apartment for 7 yrs now comfortably.. any complaints I put in a work order and I got a quick response and the problem attended to...Until ..This past yr my triplex management was changed to Windermere...it has been absolutely awful.. this will be my last lease just because of this company.. That's right I'm moving from where Im very comfortable and happy because of the change to Windermere. I asked for my 8 yr old cheap carpet to be replaced and was denied even though they have replaced my neighbors carpet 3 ti... read more
Our girl kandie, is so amazing. She is a great communicator, super empathetic, and super understanding. I lost my job recently and she was there for us to help support us and work with us to make things easier. She is the epitome of a great landlord. We truly appreciate her compassion and all she has done for us.
My mistake of renting from these people left me with the impression I would be better off dead than ever making the same mistake again.
