Overall not impressed with the way this company works. It has become a hostile takeover for so many properties in the region, and is sketchy about their refundable fees. I pray I won’t have to rent with them again anytime soon. Thanks for the dead birds on the back stairs guys, but enjoy that $75 rent increase on our hole in the wall, hey? Thank God I’m moving out!
We hired Windermere property management to manage our home that we wanted to rent out in Mid may for the home to be listed and available on June 1st. Since the first day, we had to keep pushing them to do their job, first problem we had was not being able to pay the fee to get the property listed and we waited 4 days and they could not figure out why I couldn’t make my payment online, then offered to come pick up the check. This is an edit of my former excellent review of Caleb, who is dearly missed at this ridiculousness of a company. He has been replaced by an incompetent “woman” named “Kandie.” “Kandie” is not only lazy about getting documents filed on time, but responds unprofessionally when confronted. “She” has been asked by multiple organizations for paperwork needed, and has been late in turning it in.
