As a first time landlord Crystal made the process quick and easy, Her and her assistant did an excellent job finding our tenants. And to top it all off we had a nightmare plumbing issue in the first month and Crystal went above and beyond to take care of our tenants, get some awesome help to the home right away, and kept us informed and at ease the whole time. I had a few honest questions about a rental property application. Put in the application over a week ago and had a hard time getting a hold of customer service to check on the status. When I finally did, the guy on the phone had a really irritated tone with me which was quite rude. Did not give me a good feeling about the thought of doing business with them or having to interact with them as property managers.

Rental process was explained clearly. Various tools were used to show rental property that it was rented out quickly. It is so easy to communicate with Danielle.

Zero communication. Applied then call to make sure my application is being reviewed. Someone answered and when she heard the unit I was interested she forwarded me to some manager who is a ghost. No return call or e-mail. Property owners i suggest you switch your managing company ASAP
