My first rental property and I was filled with anxiety to our my first home in the rental market. Crystal and Desire are an amazing team and have so much patience dealing with me and all my anxiety. They are communicative, provide prompt responses to both tenant and myself and I feel like they treat my first home with the love I have for it. They care and take care of all my property management needs.
Crystal did an excellent job getting new renters into our home. She made it stress free and asked me questions when necessary. She made her job easy and stress free and I’m glad we chose her to rent our home for us!
ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! They 100% discriminate against there applicants. This place has HORRIBLE customer service. I had to call/text about ten times to see if my rental application was received or approved and no one seemed to care. Not to mention it took like 2-3 weeks or me calling them to even inquire about the property. I never got any confirmation email from them like they said they sent after applying. I have had such a wonderful experience renting through Windermere, that I'm going on my second rental unit, due to the owner having to sell. My property manager Crystal Bartlett has been amazing to work with, she's professional, proficient, and super friendly! I highly recommend both Crystal and Windermere for all your housing needs!
