Zero communication. Applied then call to make sure my application is being reviewed. Someone answered and when she heard the unit I was interested she forwarded me to some manager who is a ghost. No return call or e-mail. Property owners i suggest you switch your managing company ASAP
I have worked with Crystal as my property manager for nearly 4 years, and she has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. She is professional, responsive, and consistently attentive to my property. I’ve been very happy with the level of service she has provided thus far, and I look forward to continuing to work with her moving forward.
Deborah Allen, the agent that managed renting out our property on Bainbridge Island, is amazing! We are so pleased with her attention to detail. She goes the extra mile. The whole process was seamless, and continues to be with her ongoing rental management. I cannot recommend Deborah Allen highly enough.
Terrible experience with Windermere Property Management. Our property manager, Cameron, and another staff member, Tori, have been extremely unprofessional and rude. Maintenance requests are often ignored or delayed, and they even try to charge tenants for issues that should be addressed promptly. Whenever we raise concerns, they respond by claiming we aren’t on their records, which seems like an attempt to avoid accountability. I do not recommend renting from them.
They discriminate against low-income households do not apply here if you fall under the fallowing: On section 8 Low income Don't have a credit card Don't have $2000 in the bank Work with cash not credit Basically if your not middle class forget it they will lead you on take your money and tell you to get lost Please stop contacting me you spent days emailing me trying to convince me that you all good intentioned people.
